Heavy Equipment Hands On - 2 Day Course FRONT END LOADER

8:00 to 5:00Everyone, please note that the Heavy Equipment Training is in the Utah County Pit (12370 S, Mt. Road, Payson).
Please do not navigate directly to this on your phone as there is a road closure on 1700 West near the 248 Exit in Payson.
The best way to avoid the long detour and get to the site is:
Follow I-15 to US-6 (Main St in Santaquin). Take exit 244 from I-15
Go west on US-6 (Main St.) for approximately 3 miles.
Turn right and go north 1 mile on 800 East.
Turn right onto State Street which turns into the Mt. Road. Go Northeast 2 miles.
At 12000 South and Mountain Road, you will see the entrance to Keigley Quarry.
Take the right turn at the entrance to the Keigley Quarry and go due north up the hill.
Go approximately ¾ mile on this road until you get to the Utah County Pit.

NOTE: Students must have successfully completed the Heavy Equipment Safety Operations course within the last 3 years to take the Hands-On training.
This two-day hands-on training covers: vehicle safety, vehicle maintenance, daily walk-around inspections, pre- and post-shift inspections and equipment operating techniques.
Equipment. This piece of equipment is the FRONT END LOADER - Level 1 or Level 2
Seat time hours are required between Level 1 & 2, or under discretion of instructor.
