KNOWN BUGS:

* SHP Files must have a TAMSID field for unique identification.  (Should allow 
	selection of other field.)
* Map segments not shaded according to RSL
* Saving new information to multiple segments will wipe any previous
	values for those segments; even if you leave entries blank.  
	(Should only overwrite entries that are not blank.)
* Quit button on "select project" form leads to application looping.
	Use Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL) to quit
* Bug-reporting function not yet available
* Missing some distress images and descriptions
