Employee Motivation

Description

Perhaps there has never been a more difficult time to be a manager or leader in the public sector.  Budgets are being slashed and there seems to be a general antipathy towards the stereotyped "public employee".  This training will offer insights into how leaders can motivate and reinvigorate their employees and organizations despite these obvious challenges and changing environments by utilizing the concept of public service motivation.
