Course Description
All roads need the application of basic principles of road design, construction, and maintenance to preserve and increase the life of the road. This workshop will give the attendees an understanding of what goes into the construction and maintenance of a good road. There are certain common essentials to any good road, whether asphalt or gravel-surfaced. Knowing these general concepts will help also help improve maintenance plans to get the most out of a road budget.
