Course Description
Before Class
- Download the Construction General Permit off the State’s website and to read through it.
PARKING INFORMATION
The class is being held in the Student Union building, marked on the map. Parking is available in the PPL lot as shown for $3/day. There is free parking in the A10 lot, also shown on the map. Parking is the responsibility of those attending.
The State of Utah, in cooperation with the Utah Stormwater Advisory Committee has developed this program. Projects are legally required to designate a stormwater inspector with training and qualifications.
This course is perfect for
- project superintendent
- project manager
- compliance officers
- those involved with completing stormwater inspections or overseeing them
Note: Although this course is required for the Road Master (level 2) certificate, the stormwater certification is not required; only attending the course is required for the Road Scholar program.
This is a one day training. Training will conclude with an exam. Lunch will be on your own.
Professional CEUs
This course counts as 8 Utah DOPL-approved CEUs for licensed Contractors. (Additional fee applies.)

There will be NO REFUND for no-show or late cancellation. Notification of cancellation must be received prior to registration deadline (usually 1 week before class).
Road Scholar
This course fulfills a Level 2 requirement for the Road Scholar program.
