The jobsite safety of the men and women who build and maintain America’s transportation infrastructure—as well as that of those who travel through our work zones. And for this reason, the development and provision of safety programs and training is a core competency of ARTBA and its Transportation Development Foundation.
This class is sponsored by ARTBA and is an OSHA approved course which helps to reduce fatalities and accidents in the roadway construction industry by separating trucks and heavy machines from workers on foot in the work zone and creating an internal traffic control plan. This course improves organization and safety behavior in the work zone by preventing runovers and backovers.
