CHANGES

* TAMS 4 can now import old databases from TAMS 2 and TAMS 3 projects.
* History Button Enabled, history button now shows all entries for one or more selected roads.
* Changes made to core database are applied to existing tams projects when they are opened. These changes include:
	* Added concrete surface type and distresses.
	* Added Suggested Treatment, To Address, and From Address columns to the roads table.
	* Added a table for treatment options for asphalt. 
* Clicking on photo thumbnail now brings up a larger version of the photo.
* Enabled date picker button, user can now select a survey date other than current date for survey.
* Fixed issue where saving changes multiple roads would overwrite empty fields.
	* Fields can still be deliberately set to empty, but must be done on an indivdual road basis.


KNOWN ISSUES
------------------------------------------------------
* Signed with a private key.  Will be corrected next version
* Missing descriptions on settings page.
* Blank settings dialog will still open from menu if there are no available settings.
* Map segments not shaded according to RSL
* Missing button for treatment options.
* Report buttons visible, but don't do anything.
