CHANGES

* TAMS now looks for relative file path when loading a previously opened shp file.
	* Absolute path is still stored in database and reference for compatibility.
* DataBase upgraded to version 5, now contains tables for reference in the signs module.



KNOWN ISSUES
------------------------------------------------------
* When toggling road colors on and off in project settings, colors do not update until a road has been saved or until tams has been reloaded.
* No options to display a satelite image of town underneath the map.
