Course Description

In this session leaders will learn fundamental communication principles and skills that will enable them to lead more effectively. Participants will learn how to communicate more assertively, listen more intently, and how to become more aware of the communication mixed messages they may be sending. Topics include:

·         Non-Verbal Communication        Assertive Communication

·         Active Listening                           Information Sharing/Mediums

·         Diplomatic Communication         Communication and Leadership
