    About the Course:

Geotextiles are used in a variety of applications on our nation=s roadways. Participants in this workshop will learn how to design and install geotextiles. Emphasis will be on drainage and erosion control systems, geotextiles to enhance the stability of both a paved and unpaved roadway, and the use of fabrics in pavement over lays. In addition, the various types of fabrics and their proper application will be discussed.
