To Utah "You Show Us the Best" Award Winners
We were pleased to learn, after our article in September's On the Move, that the Region 8 County
Road Advisor Award "You Show Us the Best" was given to Uintah County and the Uintah
Special Service District. This award was given for the combined effort of these agencies, the
Community Impact Board in leveraging resources and asphalt producer, Ned B. Mitchell, Inc., to
provide a better road for the traveling public. Hats off for a job well done!

On November 2-4, 1998, the Utah T² Center held a Heavy Equipment Safety & Operation course
in Ogden. As a result of that training, our hats are off to the Ogden City employees who took the
time to certify with regard to equipment safety and preventative maintenance as well as the
