To borrow these materials for a two-week period, use our on-line lending library request service or call the Utah T² Center Lending Library at 1-800-822-8878 or 435-797-2931. If you call to order these materials, please refer to the item number to expedite your request.

How to Request Library Materials On-Line

The fastest and easiest way to submit a library request is on-line these days and the T² Center has made is as simple as possible! Just follow these easy steps to submit your request:
  1. Go to our website at [http://www.utaht2.usu.edu]
  2. Click on Lending Library
  3. Pick your material from our alphabetized list or our searchable database.
  4. Then click on: "Attention!!! Click here to submit a video or publication request."
  5. You will be asked to provide your name, agency, mailing address, e-mail address (if any), phone number and the title(s) of the material(s) you are requesting (you will either need to write down the titles when you find them on our database search, or copy and paste them to the request form).
  6. Then click to submit!


Within a few seconds you will receive an on-screen confirmation indicating that your request has been received (print for your records)! Your request will be taken care of within 3 working days (often sooner)!
