How to Submit Library Requests On-Line

The fastest and easiest way to submit a library request is on-line these days and the T² Center has made is as simple as possible! Just follow these easy steps to submit your request:
  1. Go to our website at [http://www.utaht2.usu.edu]
  2. Click on Lending Library
  3. Pick your material from our alphabetized list or our searchable database.
  4. Then click on: "Attention!!! Click here to submit a video or publication request."
  5. You will be asked to provide your name, agency, mailing address, e-mail address (if any), phone number and the title(s) of the material(s) you are requesting (you will either need to write down the titles when you find them on our database search, or copy and paste them to the request form).
  6. Then click to submit!

Within a few seconds you will receive an on-screen confirmation indicating that your request has been received (print for your records)! Your request will be taken care of within 3 working days (often sooner)!

(3892) Your Safety Program. This video consists of 5 minute segments on Safety in the Workplace, including: Good Safety is Good Business; Safety Programs in the Workplace; There's No Magic to Safety; Safety is Your Responsibility; The Self-Interest of Safety; Three Steps to Safety; Willing and Able (ADA); Just a Little Nip (Substance Abuse); The Invisible Killer. Some of the same segments are also available on (3902) Safety Programs 2.

(3872) Supervising for Quality. This 26 minute video discusses the supervisor's role in a changing workplace. Supervisor's must build employee commitment and involvement, while continuing to fulfill traditional responsibilities for scheduling work, enforcing rules and monitoring progress. Use this video to build skills that maintain discipline and command respect, without creating resentment.

(3874) The Art of Resolving Conflicts in the Workplace. This 37 minute video acknowledges that growth and change can produce contention and conflict. Watch others demonstrate professional techniques for smoothing office conflicts and putting good business back in the forefront.

(3876) The Customer Service Connection. This 26 minute video tells us that successful organizations put customers at the center of every decision and every transaction. Good customer service requires tact, consideration, and conflict management skills. Understanding customers requires sensitivity to customer cues and the ability to listen. Learn to respond to each customer's needs in a way that both pleases your customer and builds your organization.

(3886) A Traffic Plan to Live By. This 15 minutes provides a common sense approach to low-speed traffic control.

(3887) Fire Safety. This video consists of 5 minute segments on Fire Safety, including: Know Your ABC's; Fire Escape--Getting Out Alive; The First Few Minutes.

(3888) Emergencies. This video consists of 5 minute segments on Emergency Safety, including: Calling for Help; Exit Safety; I Plan to Live; Once to Many; Safety in Unfamiliar Places.

(3889) Outdoor Safety. This video consists of 5 minute segments on Outdoor safety, including: Handling the Heat; Heat Can Kill; Outdoor Safety; Slip, Slop and Slap; Slippin' and Slidin'; The Big Chill; The First Hunt.

(3870) Building the Notched Wedge Joint. This video explores the reasons for success of the notched wedge joint and demonstrates its advantages to the paving crew during the construction process. Through graphics and live action, it also shows step-by-step procedures for paving crews to follow in building the notched wedge joint.

(3891) First-Aid. This video consists of 5 minute segments on First-Aid Safety, including: A Shock to the System; Amputation Injuries; CPR; First-Aid for Seizures, First-Aid Kits; Protecting Against AIDS in the Workplace; Stop the Bleeding; Self-Help Heimlich; The Heimlich Maneuver.

(3893) Young Drivers: The High Risk Years. In this 14 minute videotape, 16-year-olds tell why they want their drivers' licenses and what driving means to them. Parents of beginners who died in crashes tell how the tragedies happened and how they've been affected. The video focuses on a promising policy measure--graduated licensing--to reduce 16-year-olds' crash deaths. It advises parents on minimizing crash risk for their children.

(3896) Driving Safety. This video consists of 5 minute segments on Driving Safety, including: Speeding "Trucks;" Winter Driving; Speeding "Cars;" Night Driving; Look, Listen and Live; Good Driving is an Attitude; Defensive Driving Parts 1 and 2.
