To Uintah County
Our hats are off to Uintah County on the excellent resource leveraging that has enabled them to
make major improvements to their road system. Excellent cooperation and pooling of resources
among the Uintah County Road Department, the Uintah County Special Services District and the
Community Impact Board provided the funding for these improvements.
Special commendation is due to the Uintah County Road Department staff; Mr. Lonnie Hogan,
Road Superintendent; and Ms. Kathleen Erickson, Uintah Special Services District, for their
efforts in performing the work.
To Wade Betenson & UDOT Materials Lab Staff
We tip our hats to Mr. Wade Betenson and the UDOT Materials Lab staff for their technical
assistance in the implementation of Super-Pave at the local level. Technical guidance and Super-Pave verification testing provided by the UDOT Materials Lab staff were critical to the
implementation of Super-Pave at the local level.
Mr. Wade Betenson, Mr. Cameron Peterson, Mr. Steve Neiderhauser and Mr. Charles Mace are
commended for their excellent assistance.
